We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Recreation Manager to support and oversee recreational operations within a prestigious 5-star luxury property in Dubai
. This role is ideal for a proactive hospitality professional with strong leadership skills, dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences across Kids Club, Gym, and Pool facilities
. The position will directly report to the Assistant Director of Club
.

Note: Hotel name and brand details will be shared only with shortlisted candidates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the management and execution of daily recreation operations
    , including Kids Club, gym, and pool areas
  • Ensure consistent delivery of luxury service standards across all recreational facilities
  • Train, mentor, and develop the recreation team to maintain high performance and engagement
  • Oversee scheduling, team allocation, and operational efficiency within all recreation outlets
  • Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
  • Drive guest satisfaction and engagement through innovative recreational activities and programs
  • Monitor facility conditions, coordinating maintenance and upkeep where required
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Assist in planning and executing events, seasonal activities, and guest experiences
  • Support revenue opportunities through program development and guest participation initiatives
Requirements
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in recreation, leisure, or hospitality operations, with supervisory exposure
  • Strong understanding of Kids Club, gym, and pool operations within a luxury hospitality environment
  • Proven ability to lead, train, and manage multicultural teams
  • Strong organizational and operational management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Energetic, approachable, and guest-service oriented personality
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays

Work Schedule

This position operates on a shift-based schedule in line with luxury hospitality standards. Working hours may include evenings, weekends, and public holidays, depending on operational requirements. Weekly days off are rotational and subject to business needs.
