• Enhance guest satisfaction and service excellence:
  Support the development and implementation of guest satisfaction strategies, monitoring trends, gathering feedback, and driving continuous improvements to elevate the guest experience
• Lead a high‑performing team:
  Supervise and support team members, recruit new talent, monitor development and performance, provide coaching and foster a positive and productive work environment
