Lead, supervise, and motivate the food and beverage service team, ensuring smooth daily operations across all outlets.
Maintain high standards of guest service and address guest concerns promptly and professionally.
Oversee the setup, cleanliness, and organisation of dining areas before, during, and after service periods.
Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless food and drink delivery.
Implement and monitor adherence to food safety, hygiene, and quality standards throughout all service areas.
Assist in staff training, scheduling, task delegation, and performance monitoring for optimal team productivity.
Support inventory management, including stock rotation, requisitioning supplies, and conducting periodic stock checks.
Promote a positive, respectful team culture that reflects YOSH Hospitality’s values of professionalism and service excellence.
Resolve operational challenges, elevate significant issues to management, and contribute suggestions for continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and all relevant health and safety requirements.
Previous experience in a food and beverage supervisory role in a hotel, restaurant, or hospitality environment.
Comprehensive knowledge of F&B service procedures, health regulations, and customer care standards.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are an asset.
Strong leadership, team-building, and interpersonal skills to inspire and guide colleagues.
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
High level of personal presentation, professionalism, and reliability.
Detail-oriented with excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
Skilled in conflict resolution, guest complaint handling, and maintaining composure under pressure.
Advanced knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer skills.
Commitment to upholding company standards and proactive in learning and development.
This position requires flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays, according to business needs.
