Assistant Outlet Manager - La Cava

Your Role

As Assistant Manager at La Cava you will oversee day‑to‑day operations and ensure seamless service, exceptional guest experiences, and a consistently elevated atmosphere.

• Oversee daily operations of La Cava ensuring seamless service and exceptional guest experiences
• Lead the team on the floor maintaining service rituals and brand/LQA standards
• Develop and coach the team through training, performance management, and structured development plans
• Drive revenue and profitability through upselling, cost control, and performance monitoring
• Manage guest relationships including VIP recognition, guest recovery, and loyalty initiatives
• Support and execute curated events, including wine tastings and private experiences

• Experience in a leadership role within luxury hospitality or fine dining environments
• Passion for wine, spirits, cigars, and delivering elevated guest experiences
• Strong leadership presence and ability to guide and develop a team
• Strong operational and financial awareness, including cost control and revenue performance
• Confidence using systems such as Seven Rooms, POS, and hotel platforms
• Fluent in English; additional languages an advantage
