Saikind is a Japanese‑inspired music and mixology bar at Four Seasons Hotel Abu Dhabi. The concept blends authentic traditions with modern creativity, offering curated music, innovative cocktails, and elevated service. Every element—from design to guest journey—is crafted to deliver a memorable high‑end experience.

The Saikind Bartender provides hotel guests and servers with quick and efficient beverage service and possesses a complete working knowledge of all products served by the bar.

• Prepare and serve a selection of wines, spirits, and mixed drinks from the menu, ensuring proper pouring, mixing, and blending according to established recipes and Four Seasons standards.
• Serve a variety of beverages with excellent knowledge of the beverage menu.
• Develop complete knowledge of all products offered by the bar such as wines, cocktails, beers, armagnacs, cognacs, spirits, and all other beverages.
• Perform all opening and closing tasks at the bar, including table set‑up and bar area tidying.
• Maintain bar stock levels, ensuring proper replenishment at all times.
• Report all incidents or atypical situations immediately to the Saikind Beverage Director and Head Bartender.
• Confirm guest orders, including special needs or requests, using the hotel’s point‑of‑sales system and verify orders with guests.
• Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and offer suggestions while responding promptly to guest concerns and requests.
• Communicate with guests and employees using a positive and clear speaking voice, listening to understand requests and providing accurate information.
• Assist with bar inventory and perform other tasks or projects as assigned by the Saikind Floor Manager, Saikind Beverage Director, Assistant Director of F&B, and Hotel Manager.

• One to two years of previous experience as a Bartender in a food & beverage outlet.
• College education or equivalent experience.
• Previous employment experience in a similar position at other luxury hotels is an added advantage.
• Ability to pour, mix, and blend a wide variety of wines, spirits, and mixed drinks.
• Proficiency operating computer equipment and food & beverage computer systems.
• Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English.
• Working knowledge of division operations and Four Seasons cultural and core standards, policies, and standard operating procedures.
• Ability to proactively anticipate and prioritize guest needs.
• Energetic and professional approach to the craft of bartending.
