Confidential in Abu Dhabi seeks a Revenue Manager for its Holiday Homes team. You will forecast occupancy and demand, analyze competitors, and maximize ADR, RevPAR, occupancy, and revenue. In addition, you will monitor booking pace, optimize OTA performance, and prepare weekly/monthly revenue reports.
Requirements include 3–7+ years in Revenue Management, at least 2 years in Holiday Homes or related sectors, and experience managing 50–300+ properties. UAE market knowledge is a plus.
