RWABU - Management Trainee

THE TEAM

You will be part of our Rooms Division, reporting to the Director of Rooms and working closely with leaders across Front Office, Concierge, Housekeeping & Laundry, and Spa & Recreation. This is a highly collaborative environment where teams come together with a shared goal—to deliver thoughtful, seamless guest experiences while supporting one another’s growth and development.

As a Management Trainee, you will embark on a hands‑on learning journey across the Rooms Division, gaining exposure to multiple departments and developing a strong foundation in hotel operations and leadership. You will play an active role in delivering exceptional guest experiences while learning how to lead teams, maintain operational excellence, and contribute to the overall success of the hotel.

• Create a smooth and welcoming guest experience from arrival to departure
• Support daily Front Office operations, including room allocation, VIP arrivals, and guest requests
• Monitor service standards and assist teams in delivering prompt, personalized service
• Build strong coordination with Housekeeping to ensure room readiness and guest satisfaction
• Respond to guest feedback and resolve concerns with care and professionalism
• Gain hands‑on exposure across Concierge, Housekeeping, and Spa operations to understand the full guest journey

• You are passionate about hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
• You hold a diploma in Hospitality or Hotel Management
• You have gained practical exposure through internships in a luxury hotel environment
• You are detail‑oriented, organized, and able to stay calm under pressure
• You communicate confidently in English, with additional languages being a plus
• You are eager to learn, adaptable, and enjoy working as part of a team
