RWABU - Front Desk Supervisor
THE TEAM
You will be part of the Front Office team, working alongside Front Desk, Concierge, Bell, Door, PBX, and Reservations colleagues. You will report directly to the Front Office leadership team and support them in delivering exceptional guest experiences and seamless daily operations.
YOUR ROLEAs Front Desk Supervisor, you play a key role in shaping the guest journey from the moment they arrive. You will ensure the Front Desk team delivers warm, intuitive, and efficient service while upholding Rosewood’s operational standards. Your strong leadership, attention to detail, and guest-focused mindset will help maintain smooth daily operations, resolve guest concerns, and support overall hotel success. You will collaborate closely with Housekeeping, Engineering, Accounting, and other internal teams to ensure an effortless and memorable stay for every guest.
HOWYOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE
- Supervise daily Front Desk operations to ensure flawless check‑in, check‑out, and guest service delivery.
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring satisfaction and strengthened guest relationships.
- Lead, train, support, and guide Front Desk associates to maintain service excellence and operational efficiency.
- Monitor room availability, arrivals, departures, and VIP arrangements to ensure accuracy and readiness.
- Maintain compliance with cashiering procedures, guest security protocols, and hotel operational standards.
- Collaborate with Housekeeping and other departments to ensure room status accuracy and timely service delivery.
- You bring at least two years of Front Desk experience in a luxury or ultra-luxury property.
- You excel in high-pressure environments, staying calm, organized, and solutions‑oriented.
- You intuitively understand guest needs and deliver service with warmth, confidence, and attention to detail.
- You are proficient with hotel systems, have strong administrative skills, and maintain the highest standards of confidentiality.
- You can lead, support, train, and motivate a diverse team to achieve exceptional performance.
- You communicate clearly in English, with additional languages considered an advantage.
