Join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, as a Public Area Attendant. We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented professionals to maintain the exceptional cleanliness and presentation of our public spaces. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming, comfortable environment for all guests and visitors. Your dedication to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and your friendly, professional approach will directly contribute to delivering outstanding experiences.

Maintain exceptional cleanliness standards across all public areas, including lobbies, corridors, restrooms, dining areas, function spaces, and common areas.

Perform thorough cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing, polishing, and wiping down surfaces to ensure spotless, well‑presented spaces.

Restock and organize housekeeping inventory levels, ensuring adequate supplies of linens, cleaning supplies, amenities, and chemicals.

Promptly identify and report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or equipment malfunctions to supervisors.

Interact with guests and colleagues in a friendly, approachable, and professional manner, providing efficient and courteous service at all times.

Follow all safety protocols and proper procedures when handling cleaning chemicals and equipment to maintain a secure environment.

Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily cleaning objectives and support departmental goals in a fast‑paced environment.

• Cooperate with OSH instructions and safe working procedures.
• Take reasonable care for the health and safety of self, the environment, and others at work.
• Do not interfere adversely with OSH measures or equipment.
• Assist with OSH procedures and maintain OSHMS records as required.
• Use appropriate PPE and safety systems.
• Be familiar with emergency and evacuation procedures.
• Attend required OSH training as called for by the training needs analysis.
• Hold accountability for compliance with OSHMS policies, procedures, and relevant legislation.
• Implement sustainability policies and procedures within the department per ESG targets and KPIs.
• Ensure department‑specific environmental SOPs and procedures are followed.
• Monitor daily practices related to waste segregation, energy, and water use.
• Identify opportunities for waste reduction and energy and water efficiency improvements.
• Report environmental issues, non‑compliance, or improvement opportunities to management.
• Provide new colleagues with environmental and sustainability orientation.
• Participate in hotel‑related CSR activities.
