RWABU - Pool Host

YOUR ROLE

As a Pool Host/Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for guests visiting the pool area, creating a warm welcome and ensuring a safe, comfortable, and relaxing environment throughout their visit.

You will play a key role in delivering personalized service, maintaining the presentation and cleanliness of the pool area, promoting hotel facilities, and supporting the overall guest experience through attentive and proactive hospitality.

• Welcome guests warmly, assist with seating arrangements, and provide poolside amenities and towels
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting pool environment that reflects Rosewood standards
• Engage proactively with guests to anticipate needs, answer inquiries, and enhance their overall experience
• Monitor access to the pool facilities and ensure authorized use by guests and members
• Promote spa treatments, fitness facilities, membership packages, and other hotel experiences
• Collaborate with Spa, Recreation, and Food & Beverage teams to ensure seamless guest service

• You have experience in a guest-facing hospitality, recreation, wellness, or service environment
• You are passionate about creating memorable experiences through warm and attentive service
• You are confident interacting with guests and building positive relationships
• You have strong organizational skills and take pride in maintaining clean and well-presented environments
• You are proactive, adaptable, and enjoy working outdoors in a dynamic setting
• You communicate fluently in English; additional language skills are an advantage
