RWABU - Houseekeping Associate; Laundry

YOUR ROLE

As a Housekeeping Associate – Laundry, you will report to the Laundry Supervisor and work closely with the wider Housekeeping team to support the seamless operation of the hotel. You will be responsible for processing hotel linens, uniforms, guest garments, and other laundry items while maintaining the highest standards of quality, cleanliness, and efficiency. You will contribute to the success of the department by ensuring laundry operations run smoothly, equipment is operated safely, and all items are handled in accordance with Rosewood standards and guest expectations.

• Process hotel linens, uniforms, and guest garments according to established quality and service standards.
• Operate laundry, wet‑cleaning, ironing, and folding equipment safely and efficiently.
• Inspect laundry items for cleanliness, damage, and quality, ensuring only approved items are returned to service.
• Maintain accurate records of laundry volumes, inventory, and garment processing activities.
• Ensure work areas, equipment, and storage spaces remain clean, organized, and compliant with safety requirements.
• Support inventory management of linens, supplies, and equipment to maintain operational readiness.

• Experience in a laundry, housekeeping, or similar operational environment.
• Detail‑oriented and committed to maintaining high quality standards.
• Understanding of laundry operations, fabric care, and safe chemical handling procedures.
• Comfortable operating equipment and working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Take pride in maintaining clean, organized, and safe work spaces.
• Effective communication in English and able to work well as part of a collaborative team.
