Join our Housekeeping team and help create exceptional experiences for our guests through leadership, care, and attention to detail. At Hyatt, every role matters, and every colleague has the opportunity to grow.

• Lead and support Housekeeping colleagues in delivering Hyatt standards.
• Ensure guest rooms and public areas are maintained to the highest level of cleanliness and presentation.
• Conduct room inspections and quality checks.
• Coach, motivate, and develop team members.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Foster a culture of teamwork, respect, and care.

• Minimum 2–3 years of Housekeeping experience in a luxury hotel environment.
• Previous supervisory or team leader experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good English communication skills.
• Knowledge of Opera or hotel management systems is an advantage.
• Passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences.
