Responsibilities
- Understand and respond to all guest needs and requests in a timely and professional manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Comply with the grooming standards of the company.
- Extend a courteous, friendly and professional greeting to guests as they arrive and thank them as they depart.
- Inform seniors of all guest comments and complaints.
- Be thoroughly familiar with the service standards and procedures in food & beverage.
- Follow specified procedures to properly set up beach beds and cabanas stations.
- Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the beach areas.
- Set up the beach with sunbeds, umbrellas and towels, ensuring that guests are provided with clean towels as needed.
- Fold and pack umbrellas in the evenings.
- Follow all policies and procedures of the hotel.
- Immediately report all suspicious occurrences and hazardous conditions.
- Maintain safety of work areas at all times.
- Attend all mandatory meetings as directed.
- Perform other tasks as required.
- Diploma or degree in vocational hospitality.
- 1 3 years experience in 4-5 star Hotel.
- Must be confident and good in speaking English.
