Pool and Beach Attendant

Responsibilities

• Understand and respond to all guest needs and requests in a timely and professional manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Comply with the grooming standards of the company.
• Extend a courteous, friendly and professional greeting to guests as they arrive and thank them as they depart.
• Inform seniors of all guest comments and complaints.
• Be thoroughly familiar with the service standards and procedures in food & beverage.
• Follow specified procedures to properly set up beach beds and cabanas stations.
• Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the beach areas.
• Set up the beach with sunbeds, umbrellas and towels, ensuring that guests are provided with clean towels as needed.
• Fold and pack umbrellas in the evenings.
• Follow all policies and procedures of the hotel.
• Immediately report all suspicious occurrences and hazardous conditions.
• Maintain safety of work areas at all times.
• Attend all mandatory meetings as directed.
• Perform other tasks as required.

• Diploma or degree in vocational hospitality.
• 1 3 years experience in 4-5 star Hotel.
• Must be confident and good in speaking English.
