Responsibilities
- Clean and service guest rooms in accordance with Rosewood LQA and brand standards
- Maintain exceptional levels of cleanliness, presentation, and attention to detail throughout assigned areas
- Replenish amenities, linens, and guest supplies to ensure room readiness and guest comfort
- Respond promptly to guest requests and support service recovery when required
- Report maintenance concerns, damages, and lost‑and‑found items in a timely manner
- Ensure the safe handling of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and guest room keys
- Experience in hotel housekeeping or a similar role within a hospitality environment
- Pride in delivering exceptional cleanliness and creating comfortable guest experiences
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to maintain high standards consistently
- Familiar with cleaning procedures, equipment, and safe chemical handling practices
- Dependable, proactive, and able to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Effective communication in English; additional language skills are an advantage
