Cluster Revenue Manager

The Cluster Revenue Manager is responsible for developing and implementing revenue management strategies across multiple hotels to maximize revenue, occupancy, and profitability. The role analyzes market trends, demand patterns, pricing strategies, and competitor activity to optimize room inventory and distribution. Working closely with Commercial, Sales, Reservations, Marketing, and Operations teams, the Cluster Revenue Manager ensures effective forecasting, rate management, and channel performance while driving commercial success and achieving revenue targets.

• Develop and execute revenue management strategies to maximize RevPAR, ADR, occupancy, and overall profitability across the cluster.
• Analyze market trends, demand forecasts, booking pace, and competitor pricing to make data‑driven pricing and inventory decisions.
• Manage room inventory, rate plans, and distribution channels to optimize revenue opportunities.
• Prepare accurate revenue forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for management.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Reservations, and Front Office teams to align commercial strategies.
• Monitor channel performance, market segmentation, and business mix to improve revenue generation.
• Conduct regular revenue meetings and provide recommendations on pricing, promotions, and restrictions.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, revenue management systems, and distribution best practices.
• Identify new revenue opportunities and implement initiatives to enhance overall commercial performance.
• Support the development and training of hotel teams on revenue management principles and commercial awareness.
