Internship Program
An international experience in a luxury property, with internship opportunities ranging from 6 months to 1 year. The program may lead to full‑time employment upon successful completion, depending on performance and available vacancies.
Requirements- Currently enrolled or recently graduated from a recognized university in Hospitality, Tourism, Culinary Arts, Business Administration, or International Relations.
- Motivated and eager to pursue a career in luxury hospitality.
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (minimum B1/B2).
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and passion for service.
- Minimum availability of 6 months.
- Monthly salary of AED 1,000.
- Service charge depending on hotel occupancy.
- Uniform and laundry service.
- Meals on duty in staff cafeteria.
- Company‑provided accommodation (shared bedroom for 2 people).
- Company transportation between the hotel and accommodation.
- Basic medical insurance.
- All visa costs and paperwork handled by the company.
- Training programs available through the internship.
- Wide range of welfare activities.
- Reimbursement of airfare (economy class) between Abu Dhabi and the nearest international airport upon completion of the internship.
