The Bartender is responsible for crafting beverages with precision and flair, providing exceptional guest service, and maintaining a clean, well‑organized bar. The role requires knowledge of classic and modern drinks, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.

• 1–2 years of experience in bartending or beverage service (hotel or high‑end venue preferred)
• Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, garnishes, and drink presentation
• Passion for hospitality with a guest‑focused mindset
• Good communication and multitasking abilities
• Familiarity with POS systems (e.g., Micros) and inventory procedures
• Certification in responsible alcohol service is an advantage
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic or additional languages is a plus
• Compliant – as well as meeting local laws on food handling and serving alcohol, you’ll be above the minimum age required.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast‑paced environment.
• Education – preferably a diploma, high school or certificate holder.
• Hands‑on experience with cash register and ordering information system.
