Responsibilities
- Craft personalized luxury and corporate cruise itineraries that exceed client expectations with unique experiences and seamless logistics.
- Leverage in-depth knowledge of global cruise lines, destinations, and onboard amenities to recommend the perfect voyage.
- Manage all aspects of booking—from initial consultation and contract negotiation to final payment and pre‑departure arrangements.
- Proactively identify and resolve potential issues, ensuring a stress‑free and memorable travel experience for every client.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in luxury travel sales or corporate travel management.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building a loyal client base.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse clientele.
