Accor Hotels Middle East is seeking a Guest Service Agent to warmly welcome guests from arrival to departure and ensure a memorable stay at the front desk. You will handle reception, check-in/out, and cashiering, while using Opera PMS to manage reservations.
You should be fluent in Arabic and English; additional languages are a plus. A relevant hotel background is required, with a focus on delivering outstanding guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.
