Position Summary

St. Regis Abu Dhabi is part of Marriott International, providing a luxury experience to discerning guests worldwide.

The Butler serves as the primary face of the Butler program, delivering personalized, high‑touch service to guests throughout their stay.

The Butler coordinates with other hotel departments, manages Butler Valets, and ensures that all guests receive bespoke experiences.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing pre‑arrival, check‑in, in‑stay, and departure services to guests
• Coordinating butler support with other hotel departments
• Building rapport with guests, anticipating and proactively addressing their needs
• Maintaining a professional appearance, uniform, and communications
• Ensuring a safe workplace and compliance with company policies and procedures
• Performing physical tasks such as standing, walking, and lifting objects up to 50 pounds

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
• Minimum 6 months of related work experience
• No supervisory experience required
