Novotel Hotels in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Guest Service Agent to welcome guests from arrival to departure, manage front desk operations including check-in/out, cashiering, and guest inquiries.
The ideal candidate speaks English and Arabic, has hotel industry experience, and holds a Bachelor’s degree or diploma. Experience with Opera PMS is a plus, and a service-oriented mindset is essential.
