• Control the section for which is responsible.
• Ensure smooth running of the section and see that all areas of the section maintain the Aldhafra Resort standards.
• Cook any food daily according to business requirements.

• At least 5 years experience in the kitchen
• Completed kitchen apprentice or chef's training courses for at least one year.
• At least four years in a five-star international hotel chain/restaurants
• At least one year in an international five-star hotel/ restaurant in a similar position
• Sound knowledge of all kinds of cooking techniques and methods
