• Welcome guests warmly and provide exceptional service throughout their dining experience.
• Assist guests with menu selections, requests, and inquiries in a professional manner.
• Deliver food and beverage services according to luxury hospitality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle guest feedback and requests while ensuring high satisfaction levels.
• Support daily Food & Beverage operations and maintain company service standards.

• Previous experience in guest relations, waiting service, or luxury hospitality is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude with a strong commitment to customer service.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Professional appearance and strong guest-focused approach.
• Willingness to learn and grow within a luxury hotel environment.
