This program provides UAE Nationals aspiring leaders with hands‑on experiences, immersive learning opportunities, and access to industry experts, – allowing participants to build valuable skills in real‑world environments.

Join us for an 18- month learning journey to fast‑track Emirati talent from entry‑level roles to their first managerial positions. A collaborative exchange program is being developed in partnership with various International theme parks to enhance the capabilities of emerging Emirati talent.

This will allow our emerging Emirati talent's the possibility of visiting these International theme parks through 4-6 weeks calibration programs.
