About the JobAs a Spa receptionist, you will be responsible for ensuring that all Spa-related tasks at the reception are carried out efficiently and promptly.
About You- Diploma / Degree in hospitality with previous work experience within a hotel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong computer software proficiency.
- Able to handle cash and credit card transactions.
- Ability to maintain calm, polite, and patient in stressful situations.
