The selected candidate for the Catering Supervisor vacancy at Al Jazeera International Catering LLC must fulfill the following qualification and experience requirements:

Educational

Qualification:

Graduation degree OR completion of specialized courses in Hotel Management / Catering Management.

Required Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in Industrial Catering, Hotel, or Food & Beverage (F&B) operations (Mandatory).

Language & Communication

Skills:

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Computer

Skills:

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).

Interpersonal

Skills:

Strong organizational, interpersonal, and team coordination skills.

Joining Preference: Candidates who can join immediately will be given preference.

The selected candidate for the Catering Supervisor position will be responsible for smooth day-to-day catering service delivery and maintaining operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities include:

• Overall responsibility for dining operations and maintaining high service standards.
• Supervising food preparation, distribution, and service quality in industrial catering settings.
• Managing and coordinating with service staff, kitchen teams, and support personnel.
• Utilizing MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for operational reporting, inventory planning, and management tasks.
• Ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene, and organizational policy guidelines.
