- Welcome guests and provide professional assistance throughout their stay.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns in a timely and friendly manner.
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain high hospitality standards.
- Coordinate with other departments to support smooth hotel operations.
- Maintain accurate guest information and follow hotel procedures.
- Must be currently available in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
- Ready to join immediately.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Guest relations and front office operations.
- Hotel customer service standards.
