Salary: 1500 AED per month
We are looking for an experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The Housekeeping Manager will be responsible for creating and implementing a housekeeping strategy to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene across all areas of the hotel. This position is open to both native and immigrant candidates.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, implement and maintain housekeeping policies, procedures, standards, and processes
- Oversee housekeeping staff recruitment, training and performance management
- Ensure all areas of the hotel are kept clean and presentable at all times
- Maintain accurate records of cleaning schedules, inventory levels and service requests
- Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations as well as fire codes
- Handle guest complaints relating to housekeeping services in a professional manner
- Prepare budgets for supplies and staffing levels in conjunction with other department heads
- Proven experience as a Housekeeping Manager or similar role
- Sound knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Outstanding communication skills with fluency in English (knowledge of other languages is an advantage)
- Working knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel)
