Housekeeping Manager job vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE
The Housekeeping Manager's duties include but are not limited to:
- overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping staff
- ensuring that all areas of the property are properly maintained
- maintaining accurate records of staff hours, supplies used, guest service complaints
- conducting regular inspections of all common areas
- making sure that all safety procedures are followed
- developing schedules for housekeeping staff
- training new personnel as needed
- creating a pleasant atmosphere for guests
The successful candidate should have at least one year of experience working in a similar position, preferably in Abu Dhabi. He/she should also have strong leadership qualities, excellent interpersonal skills and be able to multi-task efficiently. Proficient computer skills as well as knowledge of relevant software programs such as Microsoft Office Suite is also required. Knowledge of English language is essential.
Salary and Benefits- We offer an attractive salary package of 1100 USD/month with potential bonuses based on performance
