As a Lobby Ambassador , you are the signature presence in the lobby, the person who sets the tone, guides the flow, and creates moments of genuine connection. Your purpose is to elevate the arrival experience, enrich guest interactions, and ensure the lobby feels warm, intuitive, and effortlessly welcoming.

Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day:

• Deliver a warm lobby welcome — Greet guests with genuine warmth, offer immediate assistance, and guide them smoothly through the lobby experience, ensuring they feel comfortable and acknowledged from the moment they arrive.

• Support guest orientation — Assist guests by directing them to the right service points, providing clear information, and ensuring they understand available facilities, amenities, and hotel offerings.

• Provide hotel and local insights — Share knowledgeable recommendations about hotel services, dining options, wellness facilities, and local attractions to enrich the guest’s stay.

• Promote hotel experiences — Highlight signature experiences, special events, and unique amenities in a natural, conversational way that enhances guest engagement and encourages exploration.

• Create moments of delight — Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly to requests, and offer thoughtful gestures that elevate their experience from personalized greetings to proactive assistance.

• Maintain lobby atmosphere — Ensure the lobby remains welcoming, organized, and calm by monitoring guest flow, supporting queue management, and keeping the environment polished at all times.

• Coordinate with service teams — Work closely with Concierge, Bell Desk, Housekeeping, and Front Office to ensure seamless service delivery and quick resolution of guest needs.

• Handle guest concerns with care — Address issues with empathy, urgency, and professionalism, ensuring guests feel supported and valued throughout their stay.
