Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated, reliable and experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. As a Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance and supervision of housekeeping services within our hotel.

• Coordinate housekeeping activities in accordance with established standards, regulations, and procedures.
• Develop work schedules for staff members and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Ensure all safety regulations are met and equipment is properly maintained.
• Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas regularly to ensure they are clean and well maintained.
• Manage the recruitment, training, scheduling, supervision, evaluation and discipline of all housekeeping staff members.
• Monitor storerooms to ensure adequate supplies are available at all times.
• Create reports on key performance indicators such as room occupancy rate etc.
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Remain informed of industry trends in order to make recommendations on improvements to current practices or services offered.

• Proven experience as a Housekeeping Manager or similar role in hospitality/hotel management industry
• Ability to motivate staff to perform their best
• Excellent organizational, problem solving and time management skills
• Good knowledge of customer service principles
• Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to use computer software including MS Office packages
• Ability to work independently without supervision
• Relevant qualification in hospitality/hotel management is preferred
