Job Summary

We are looking for a Housekeeping Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This position requires having 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping department, including staff supervision and making sure that high standards of cleanliness are maintained throughout the property. We offer a competitive salary of 1800 for the right candidate.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervising and training housekeeping staff
• Establishing procedures for maintaining high standards of cleanliness
• Planning and scheduling rotational duties for housekeeping staff
• Scheduling repairs, replacements, and renovations as needed
• Inspecting guest rooms and public areas to ensure they meet quality standards
• Dealing with customer complaints or issues
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
• Maintaining accurate records such as attendance logs and shift reports.

Key Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or related field is preferred but not essential
• 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry required
• Excellent leadership skills with a focus on customer service excellence
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in English
