Part-Time Concierge Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and customer-service oriented Part-Time Concierge Assistant to join our team in Abu-Dhabi As a Concierge Assistant you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and guests ensuring their needs and requests are met with efficiency and professionalism

• Greet clients and guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor
• Assist with luggage packages and other personal belongings as needed
• Provide information about the local area including restaurants entertainment transportation options etc
• Make reservations for dining transportation events etc as requested by clients
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure guest rooms and common areas are clean and well-maintained
• Handle any complaints or concerns from guests in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate records of guest requests and preferences for future reference
• Assist with check-incheck-out procedures as needed
• Handle monetary transactions such as currency exchange or payment for services
• Maintain the security of guest information at all times

• High school diploma or equivalent some college education preferred
• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality industry preferred
• Fluent in English additional languages are a plus
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Friendly personality with a strong desire to provide excellent customer service
• Familiarity with local area attractions and amenities is an asset

This is a part-time position working approximately 20 hours per week The schedule may include weekends and holidays The salary for this position is $1600 per month Accommodation is not provided
