Housekeeping Manager job in Abu-Dhabi UAE. Job Summary. We are looking for an experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This position is responsible for the overall management of the housekeeping staff and ensuring a clean and safe environment for our guests. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to manage a large staff with diverse backgrounds.

The successful applicant should have a proven track record of leading a team in a fast-paced, professional environment. This position comes with a salary of 1500 AED per month. We are willing to consider applicants who are immigrants to Abu Dhabi and also those without experience.

Responsibilities. The Housekeeping Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of housekeeping operations, from staff management to room cleaning and maintenance, as well as ensuring that all guests receive top-notch service. This includes creating work schedules, training staff on safety protocols and customer service standards, monitoring employee performance, ensuring that rooms are cleaned correctly and efficiently, and more. In addition, this position is also responsible for ensuring compliance with health codes and safety regulations.

Qualifications. The ideal candidate should have previous experience leading teams in a housekeeping role or similar field; however we are willing to consider candidates who have no experience but demonstrate enthusiasm and commitment to the job. Additional qualifications include excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, the ability to multi-task effectively in high-pressure environments, as well as being reliable and punctual at all times.
