Guest Services Coordinator

Our luxury hotel in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Guest Services Coordinator to join our dynamic team As a Guest Services Coordinator you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and ensuring their needs are met during their stay This role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills as well as the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Greet and welcome guests upon their arrival
• Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
• Handle guest requests inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to fulfill guest needs
• Maintain knowledge of hotel services facilities and local attractions to provide recommendations and assistance to guests
• Manage reservations for hotel amenities such as dining spa services and transportation
• Ensure all guest information is accurately recorded in the hotel system
• Collaborate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are properly prepared for guest arrival
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment for both guests and employees

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in hospitality or related field preferred
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service role preferably in a luxury hotel setting
• Excellent communication skills in English Arabic language skills are a plus
• Strong problem-solving abilities with the ability to think on your feet
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays if needed
• Professional demeanor with strong attention to detail

Salary $1200 per month City Abu Dhabi United Arab Emirates
