Majlis Grand Mercure Abu Dhabi resort seeks a professional concierge to assist in-house guests with wake-up calls, requests, and in-room dining inquiries. You will dispatch requests to the Guest Service Agents and maintain high decorum in person and over the phone in line with hotel standards.
Responsibilities include directing calls to the right departments and upselling hotel amenities to enhance guest satisfaction. Fluency in English is essential;
Arabic is preferred.
