We are looking for a Housekeeping Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and leading the hotel housekeeping operations, ensuring that all areas of the hotel are clean and well-maintained. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a similar role as well as excellent organizational and communication skills. It is important that the candidate has a strong attention to detail and is able to work independently and collaboratively with other departments.

• Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department
• Ensure guest rooms are clean and presentable
• Manage housekeeping staff, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
• Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
• Develop quality control policies to ensure standards are met
• Review customer feedback and take action to address any issues
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in hospitality management or related field preferred
• Previous experience as a Housekeeping Manager or similar role required
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently or with a team as needed

We offer a competitive salary of 1200 AED per month plus benefits for successful candidates.
