Job SummaryHousekeeping Manager - Abu-Dhabi, 1600 AED
We are looking for an experienced and well-organized Housekeeping Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This position offers a competitive salary of 1600 AED and we are open to considering immigrants for this role.
Job Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Housekeeping Manager or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Familiarity with hotel/hospitality industry standards and regulations
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Fluent in English (spoken & written)
- Positive attitude and customer service orientation
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the housekeeping department including staff performance, budgeting, purchasing, scheduling, inventory control, etc.
- Ensure that all hotel rooms and public areas are clean and up to standard
- Develop systems for ensuring the security of guest items left in the hotel's care
- Monitor the use of cleaning supplies & equipment; order more when needed
- Respond timely to guest complaints or issues related to housekeeping services
Recruit, train, supervise & evaluate housekeeping staff; ensure adherence to quality standards & health & safety regulations
