We are looking for a Housekeeping Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This position is open to both experienced and inexperienced candidates, and the salary is 1200 per month.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure. We welcome applications from foreigners as well as local talent.

As Housekeeping Manager, your duties will include:

• Supervising and coordinating the activities of housekeeping staff to ensure that all rooms and public areas are properly cleaned and maintained.
• Ensuring that all safety rules and regulations are strictly followed.
• Preparing work schedules for housekeeping staff including vacation, holidays, days off, etc., in accordance with hotel policies.
• Ensuring that all hotel supplies, materials, equipment and furniture are kept in good condition.
• Inspecting all guest rooms regularly to ensure they meet expected standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
• Developing cleaning methods and procedures on a regular basis in order to improve efficiency.
• Monitoring inventory levels of cleaning supplies and ordering new ones as needed.
• Keeping records of all cleaning activities including room inspections, staff performance reports etc.
• Handling customer complaints regarding housekeeping services in a professional manner.
