Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead a high-profile luxury destination in the UAE. This is an outstanding opportunity for a dynamic hotelier who thrives in fast-paced environments, inspires high-performing teams, and consistently delivers exceptional commercial and operational results.
What we're looking for:- Previous experience as a General Manager within a 5-star luxury hotel or resort
- Strong knowledge of the UAE hospitality market, ideally with experience in Abu Dhabi
- Proven ability to drive revenue, profitability, guest satisfaction, and brand excellence
- Exceptional leadership skills with a passion for developing talent and creating a positive culture
- Experience managing complex operations and large multicultural teams
- Strong owner and stakeholder relationship management skills
- Commercially astute with a hands-on approach and a commitment to operational excellence
- A people-focused leader who leads with energy, authenticity, and ambition
- Passionate about creating unforgettable guest experiences
- Results-driven whilst maintaining the highest standards of luxury hospitality
- Comfortable operating in a highly visible role with significant business impact
- Able to build engagement, accountability, and a high-performance culture
