You will greet guests by name where possible, handle check-in/check-out, and respond to inquiries with knowledge of local attractions and hotel facilities.
The ideal candidate has a hospitality degree, strong English communication skills, a proactive, multi-cultural mindset, and prior Front Office experience. Opera familiarity is a plus.
