To provide exceptional food and beverage service to guests by delivering a warm, personalized, and efficient dining experience while maintaining Fairmont brand standards, hygiene requirements, and guest satisfaction.

• Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide attentive and personalized service according to Fairmont standards.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen or bar team.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring correct presentation and guest satisfaction.
• Assist guests with menu selections, promotions, and product recommendations.
• Maintain excellent knowledge of menus, ingredients, and beverage offerings.
• Ensure tables, service areas, and outlets are clean, organized, and properly set up.
• Perform table clearing, resetting, and side station preparation.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
• Handle guest requests, concerns, and feedback professionally and report issues to supervisors.
• Assist with restaurant opening and closing procedures.
• Support banquet, events, and other F&B operations when required.
• Follow cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy of guest checks when assigned.li>
• Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Attend daily briefings, training sessions, and departmental meetings.
• Always demonstrate the Fairmont Heartist philosophy through genuine care and service excellence.

• Previous experience in Food & Beverage service, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused attitude with a passion for hospitality.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multicultural team.
