Arabic Receptionist

We are urgently hiring 2 Female Arabic Receptionists for a leading high-luxury resort hotel in Al Ain. The ideal candidates will provide professional front-desk and guest-service support while maintaining the high standards of presentation, communication, and hospitality expected within a luxury resort environment.

• Welcome and assist guests in a professional and courteous manner
• Manage front-desk enquiries, calls, and guest requests
• Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures when required
• Provide accurate information about hotel facilities and services
• Coordinate guest requests with relevant hotel departments
• Maintain accurate reception records and documentation
• Handle guest concerns professionally and Escalate issues when necessary
• Maintain a professional and welcoming reception area
• Deliver high-quality guest service in line with luxury hospitality standards

• Female candidates only.
• Arabic-speaking is mandatory.
• Good English communication skills.
• Previous experience as a Receptionist / Front Desk Agent / Guest Service Agent preferred.
• Hotel or resort experience is strongly preferred.
• Professional appearance and excellent grooming standards.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer and front-office system knowledge.
• Ability to communicate confidently with guests.
• Flexible to work shifts according to hotel requirements.
