Yas Plaza Hotels by Aldar Hospitality is a dynamic collection of six international hotels located in the heart of Yas Island, Abu Dhabi. This vibrant destination offers a seamless blend of relaxation, indulgence, and recreation, making it the ultimate gateway to the Yas Island experience.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Reservations Agent to manage guest bookings and ensure a smooth reservation process. This role is vital for providing a positive guest experience and smooth operation of the hotel’s booking processes.

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the same role in the hotel industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and PMS (Opera)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills to ensure guest satisfaction
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Capability to handle and resolve guest complaints effectively
