- Assist guests with luggage handling, loading, and unloading with care and professionalism during arrival and departure
- Greet guests warmly and provide courteous guidance throughout the hotel, including lobby, entrance, and parking areas
- Coordinate guest flow and movement to ensure smooth operations during peak times
- Maintain awareness of hotel layout, services, and amenities to provide accurate information and directions to guests
- Ensure guest safety and security by following established protocols and procedures
- Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve issues with a positive, solution-oriented approach
- Maintain a polished appearance and professional demeanor at all times
- Collaborate with front desk, concierge, and housekeeping teams to deliver coordinated guest service
- Monitor and report any maintenance concerns or safety hazards to management
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support overall hotel operations
- Previous experience as a bellman or in the hospitality industry preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Strong physical fitness to handle luggage and stand for extended periods
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic or additional languages is a plus
- Professional appearance with meticulous attention to personal grooming and uniform standards
- Flexible availability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Team-oriented mindset with a proactive and helpful attitude
- Comprehensive knowledge of Dubai's attractions, dining scene, and local services
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of service
- Basic computer skills for managing guest requests and communication with other departments
