Job Description

The Royal Stables Private Members Club in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Guest Relations Host (Butler) to provide personalised, discreet, and exceptional service to members, VIPs, and guests. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Welcome and warmly receive members, VIPs, and guests upon arrival.
  • Provide personalised butler-style service throughout the guest experience.
  • Anticipate and respond proactively to members’ needs, preferences, and requests.
  • Build strong, discreet, and trusted relationships with members and guests.
  • Assist with seating, dining, refreshments, reservations, bookings, and special arrangements.
  • Provide information about club facilities, services, programmes, events, and experiences.
  • Coordinate with concierge, valet, hospitality, membership, events, equestrian, and operations teams.
  • Support VIP visits, private functions, celebrations, and member-only events.
  • Prepare and maintain guest areas, tables, lounges, and service settings to luxury standards.
  • Assist with luggage, personal belongings, packages, and other guest requirements when needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of member preferences, requests, and service notes.
  • Handle enquiries, feedback, and concerns professionally and discreetly.
  • Ensure a seamless and personalised experience from arrival through departure.
  • Maintain high standards of presentation, grooming, etiquette, and service.
  • Ensure all interactions reflect the Royal Stables’ luxury positioning and brand standards.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality when handling member, guest, and personal information.
  • Support daily opening, closing, service preparation, and club presentation procedures.
  • Assist with maintaining a welcoming, elegant, and comfortable club environment.
  • Report operational issues, service concerns, and guest feedback to the relevant manager.
  • Perform other guest relations, butler, hospitality, and member service duties as required.
Desired Skill & Expertise
  • 2+ years of experience in butler service, guest relations, luxury hospitality, private clubs, hotels, or a similar role.
  • Experience serving VIP, high-net-worth, and international guests is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Strong understanding of luxury service standards, etiquette, and personalisation.
  • Warm, attentive, polished, discreet, and naturally hospitable.
  • Ability to anticipate guest needs and deliver proactive service.
  • Excellent grooming, presentation, posture, and professional manner.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to remember guest preferences.
  • Calm, composed, and solution-focused under pressure.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Knowledge of the UAE market and local cultural expectations is an advantage.
  • Fluency in English is required;
    Arabic is highly desirable.
