Job Description

The Royal Stables Private Members Club in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Membership Host to create a warm, welcoming, and personalised experience for all members and guests. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Welcome and warmly greet members, guests, and visitors upon arrival.
  • Create a friendly, engaging, and personalised experience for members.
  • Maintain a visible and professional presence across the club’s facilities.
  • Assist members with enquiries, requests, bookings, reservations, and general information.
  • Build positive and lasting relationships with members and guests.
  • Provide information about club facilities, services, programmes, events, and experiences.
  • Support the smooth arrival and departure experience of members and guests.
  • Coordinate with front-of-house, hospitality, equestrian, events, and operations teams.
  • Assist with member-only events, activities, social gatherings, and special occasions.
  • Anticipate member needs and provide attentive, proactive service.
  • Handle feedback, requests, and concerns professionally, escalating issues when required.
  • Maintain high standards of presentation, etiquette, cleanliness, and service.
  • Support member onboarding and introduce new members to the club’s facilities and benefits.
  • Assist with member communications, invitations, event confirmations, and follow-ups.
  • Maintain confidentiality when handling member and guest information.
  • Ensure all interactions reflect the Royal Stables’ luxury positioning and brand standards.
  • Support the accurate recording of member preferences, requests, and service notes.
  • Promote a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere within the private members club.
  • Assist with daily opening, closing, reception, and club presentation procedures.
  • Perform other hospitality, member service, and guest relations duties as required.
Desired Skill & Expertise
  • 2+ years of experience in guest relations, hospitality, concierge, front-of-house, private clubs, or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Warm, confident, personable, and attentive approach.
  • Professional appearance, excellent grooming, and polished manner.
  • Strong knowledge of luxury hospitality standards and service etiquette.
  • Ability to anticipate needs and deliver personalised service.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Calm, professional, and solution-focused when handling concerns.
  • Experience working with VIP, high-net-worth, or international guests is highly desirable.
  • Professional, discreet, and confident in representing a luxury destination.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Knowledge of the UAE market and local cultural expectations is an advantage.
  • Fluency in English is required;
    Arabic is highly desirable.
