, we are looking for a warm, polished, and engaging Host / Hostess to create an exceptional first and lasting impression for our members and guests. The role is responsible for managing the arrival and seating experience with discretion and attention to detail while ensuring personalized service that reflects the distinctive standards of the Club.

• Welcome members and guests warmly, ensuring a personalized and seamless arrival experience.
• Manage reservations, seating plans, waitlists, and table allocations to optimize service flow and member comfort.
• Recognize returning members, preferences, special occasions, and VIP requirements to support personalized experiences.
• Manage member and guest expectations professionally during busy periods, providing accurate information and timely updates.
• Coordinate closely with the Food & Beverage and Culinary teams to ensure smooth seating, table readiness, and service flow.
• Maintain accurate reservation and member information while handling personal details with appropriate discretion and confidentiality.
• Respond confidently to enquiries regarding menus, Club facilities, events, and experiences.
• Support the resolution of member and guest feedback, ensuring concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.

• Diploma or relevant qualification in Hospitality or a related field is preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in a Host / Hostess, Guest Relations, or premium customer-facing role
  , preferably within a private members club, luxury dining, or premium hospitality environment.
• Warm, confident, and sophisticated communication style with strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage reservations and guest flow effectively.
• Comfortable using reservation, table management, and digital guest management systems.
• High level of discretion, cultural awareness, and attention to detail.
• Composed and adaptable, with a genuine passion for creating memorable member and guest experiences.
