Job Description

The Royal Stables Private Members Club in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Villa Attendant to provide exceptional housekeeping, guest service, and daily villa support for members and guests. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Maintain the cleanliness, presentation, and overall standards of assigned villas.
  • Clean and prepare bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, dining areas, kitchens, terraces, and outdoor spaces.
  • Make beds, change linen, replenish amenities, and maintain guest supplies.
  • Welcome and assist members, guests, and VIPs with warmth and professionalism.
  • Provide personalised and discreet service based on guest preferences and requests.
  • Assist with refreshments, dining setups, room service, and light food and beverage preparation when required.
  • Support villa preparation before arrivals, events, private functions, and special occasions.
  • Conduct regular checks to ensure all villa areas are clean, comfortable, and fully prepared.
  • Report maintenance issues, damage, repairs, lost property, and safety concerns promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest preferences, requests, supplies, and maintenance requirements.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, guest relations, concierge, hospitality, maintenance, and operations teams.
  • Manage villa linen, amenities, cleaning supplies, equipment, and inventory.
  • Follow all health, safety, hygiene, chemical-handling, and security procedures.
  • Maintain confidentiality when handling member, guest, and personal information.
  • Ensure all service delivery reflects the Royal Stables’ luxury positioning and brand standards.
  • Maintain a professional, discreet, and welcoming presence at all times.
  • Assist with daily villa opening, closing, and presentation procedures.
  • Contribute to a comfortable, personalised, and memorable guest experience.
  • Perform other villa attendant, housekeeping, guest service, and operational duties as required.
Desired Skill & Expertise
  • 2+ years of experience in villa attendant, housekeeping, room attendant, butler, guest service, or a similar role.
  • Experience in luxury hotels, private residences, resorts, private clubs, or hospitality environments is desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of cleaning, hygiene, presentation, and housekeeping standards.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Warm, polite, discreet, and service-oriented personality.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to anticipate guest needs and provide personalised service.
  • Professional appearance, excellent grooming, and polished manner.
  • Reliable, organised, punctual, and physically fit.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience serving VIP, high-net-worth, or international guests is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Fluency in English is required;
    Arabic is highly desirable.
