Accor Hotel in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced Reservations Agent to support group bookings. You will handle enquiries by email and phone, quote and confirm bookings, and manage payments and rooming lists for groups.
You will load groups into the PMS, manage negotiated rates, and collaborate with the sales team on updates and weekly reports. Ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential.
